IArli$ Michaels started rapping at the age of fifteen in Junior High School. Rapping for him started out as just a hobby until his peers recognized he had a gift and should pursue it.

Now at the age of twenty-two, Arli$ has taken his gift seriously. He has recently finished college at Suny-Purchase University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Communications. With his education completed, Arli$ can now concentrate on his music.

Having been heavily influenced by Biggie, Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Rakim and Big Daddy Kane, Arli$ is a breath of fresh air in an industry full of stale monotonous rap styles. Arli$ brings you back to the vintage Hip-Hop/R&B era. His star quality, confidence and verbal command grabs the attention of the audience when he performs.

Currently Arli$ has two singles out on CD and Vinyl called, "Everybody's Got Sumthin' To Say," and "Do It Now." He has already acquired a fan base through a series of mixed cd’s and television appearances on Public Access and Cable television stations. Arli$ Michaels is an artist to watch out for in 2004.
