Dusty was born and raised in a poor neighborhood in Gallipolis, Ohio. He was raised in a split home and grew up battling the difficulties of divorce. The divorce led him into a home where he was taught about God and the Bible. Even though he was a Christian growing up, the family life seemed to be a constant struggle, one that even carried into his marriage several years ago and helped him battle through those difficulties.

He got into hip-hop at the age of 13 and has been into ever since. He has been actively writing and recording music for several years now and is pursuing a Christian hip-hop label.He just recently put out a demo under the title of Last Train, which includes 6 songs. The project was produced by Dusty and was recorded in Chesapeake, Ohio. Music is his passion and he will pursue it until he gets signed on with a label. He is currently working full time on his music in between his job. It’s not just a hobby and it has become something that he will do what it takes to get where he wants to be. He tries to use a variety of artists to get ideas on delivery and creativity and then uses his own style to deliver the message that he wants to get across. The messages are faith driven and have an underlying message tied in that can bring hope in the midst of the circumstances.
